A small-group online experience to help you feel calm, clear, and confident with a ketogenic diet.

How else will you know if this programme is for you?

You can answer YES to at least 3 of the following:

You’re overweight, sick of it, and ready to do what it takes to change that.

You’re underweight and no matter how much you eat you can’t gain muscle.

You have a niggling health issue and strongly suspect your diet isn’t helping.

You’re feeling depressed, anxious, or moody for no clear reason and are looking for answers and a solution.

You can’t stop stuffing yourself with carbs (savoury ones such as bread, pasta, crackers, and crisps, or sweet ones such as chocolate, sweets, cakes, and fizzy pop) and almost never feel full - and you want to let go of that.

You’re generally lacking energy either when getting up in a morning because you still feel tired, or some time after lunch or mid-afternoon. Sometimes you could do with a nap and that's just inconvenient!

You suffer brain fog, can’t remember why you came into the room, can’t find your keys, or can’t focus on one thing for more than a couple of minutes, and you crave clarity.

WHO IS LISA?

I’m a trained Personal Performance Coach and workshop leader, and have worked with people all over the world to help them identify and get beyond their sticking points and build lives in line with their own values and desires.

I’ve spent 3 years (and counting…) studying daily how diet impacts health, and how and why the ketogenic diet works, learning from pioneering health professionals at the top of their respective fields.

After closely following for myself the diet protocols I learned, and in doing so transforming my own health, and personally helping others to do the same, I’m now ready, for the first time, to bring my wealth of Personal Performance Coaching experience and knowledge of the ketogenic diet together into this 4-week group programme that'll help you break through your barriers into clarity and vital health.
